OUR PROCESS
After an initial consultation, let us be your mentors. Our professional clinical counselors, with over 30 years experience as clinical and social psychologists will conduct a climate assessment to assist executives understanding of the current state of their organization across several Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Customized activities are focused on improving this scorecard throughout the organization. We can conduct regular group seminars, followed with bi-weekly individual coaching sessions via Skype, or in some cases in person, as requested.
